About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team at Above The Line Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
    • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Contract Administration
    • Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction work.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
    • Conduct regular site safety inspections and implement measures to mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction management or project coordination role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
