We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team at Above The Line Construction Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Contract Administration
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction management or related role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Criminal record check.
