About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team at Above The Line Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive construction project budget estimates to stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to ensure project profitability.
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Plan and prepare detailed construction schedules and milestones, ensuring timely completion of projects.
    • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
  • Contract Management
    • Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with clients and suppliers.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction standards.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
    • Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular security audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction management or related role.
  • Work Setting
    • Ability to work in various locations, including construction sites and office environments.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English language.
  • Work Hours
    • 40 hours per week.
