About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Nehal Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise workers and projects, recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that all employees are aware of and comply with these regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
