LALLI CONSTRUCTION & LANDSCAPING LTD is seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

* Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
* Estimate costs and materials for projects
* Prepare production and other reports to track project progress
* Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site
* Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
* Requisition materials and supplies as needed
* Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and efficiency

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Experience in construction management an asset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
