Job Description

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Operations

The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and performing data entry tasks.

Administrative Tasks

  • The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Office and be proficient in setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • They will also be responsible for managing contracts, managing training and development strategies, answering telephone calls and messages, and overseeing the preparation of reports.
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and judgement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
