At Macp, we are seeking a seasoned Director of Human Resources to lead our HR function and drive strategic initiatives that support our organization's growth and success.

About the Role

The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for providing executive-level HR leadership, aligning our strategic vision with HR initiatives, and influencing various activities across the employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, workforce development, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Lead and manage HR teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to executives on HR matters
  • Drive change management initiatives to improve HR processes and systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced HR professional with a bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field, combined with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience. A Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL or CHRE) designation or Master's in Industrial Relations (MIR) is preferred.
