We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a key member of our Commercial Auto team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our fleet clients, ensuring their commercial auto needs are met, and building long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Service and maintain existing fleet accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of documentation.
- Meet existing clients' needs, process documentation, and review policy documentation for accuracy.
- Contact clients for renewal information, take client calls, and answer questions regarding coverages.
- Update client information and policies as changes occur, and provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry.
- Answer account-related questions and requests from clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Commercial Auto/Fleet experience, with a Level 2 insurance license preferred.
- Pro-active and a self-starter, with a keen attention to detail and strong customer service focus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, and present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
