The Opportunity

We're seeking a bright, outgoing, and people-oriented individual to join our team as an Auto Associate. In this role, you'll advise new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to automobile insurance. You'll build relationships, offer solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products, and achieve performance targets.

  • Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, but not required

A Day in the Life

  • Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and automobile dealership representatives
  • Creatively offer a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products
  • Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
  • Upsell and cross-sell other insurance products from our other departments
  • Administrative duties, such as answering the phone and inventory restock

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000.00 to $45,000.00, impacted by factors such as your skills, experience, and working location. Our comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages may include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses and commissions for some positions.
