At HUB International Canada West ULC, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our commercial auto team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our fleet clients, ensuring their commercial auto needs are met with precision and care.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a bright, outgoing, and people-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service. As a Client Care Representative, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.

A Day in the Life

  • Service and maintain existing fleet accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet existing clients' needs by processing documentation, answering inquiries, and providing policy information.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of policy documentation, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Communicate with clients regarding renewal information, policy changes, and other account-related matters.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client calls, emails, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update client information and policies as changes occur, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide proactive solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Commercial Auto/Fleet experience, with a Level 2 insurance license preferred.
  • Proactive and a self-starter, with a keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
