The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a key member of our commercial auto team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our fleet clients, ensuring their needs are met, and building long-term relationships.

A Day in the Life

  • Service and maintain existing fleet accounts
  • Meet existing clients' needs and process documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements)
  • Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation
  • Contact clients for renewal information
  • Take client calls and answer questions regarding coverages
  • Update client information and policies as changes occur
  • Answer account-related questions/requests from clients
  • Provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry

What You Will Bring to Our Team

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Motivated to help support a diverse team
  • Commercial Auto/Fleet experience
  • Level 2 insurance license is preferred
  • Pro-active and a self-starter
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences and meet their desired needs
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Motivated to contribute within a team environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Salary Expectations

The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, ie., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate's book of business at a particular time. The expected base salary for this position is $45,000.00 to $55,000.00, plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance.
