About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Sound United. This is an entry-level role that involves supporting Masimo products and maintaining customer relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional support.
- Develop expertise in Masimo technology and products, staying up-to-date on the latest developments.
- Prioritize tasks independently, collaborating with the sales and CS teams to meet company goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and presentations, utilizing effective communication skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using the Masimo Customer Relations Management Tool.
- Travel extensively, representing Sound United at tradeshows and engaging with customers in various settings.
Requirements:
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PC software and applications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of critical care experience.
Compensation:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 CAD annually, plus an additional $30,000 annual variable target earnings. Actual placement within this range will be based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
Work Environment:
This role requires frequent travel, working outside of a traditional office environment, and interacting with customers daily. The position demands sitting, standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 pounds). Daily computer use is required, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is essential.
