Job Summary: As a Clinical Psychologist with Millard Health in Edmonton, Alberta, you will join an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional rehabilitation services. Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and deliver individualized counseling sessions to enhance clients' abilities to return to work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative assessment and treatment services that prioritize client-centered design.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Conduct relaxation training classes and facilitate psychology groups to support clients in managing disability-related challenges.
  • Contribute to program development and mentor undergraduate Psychology Interns to ensure knowledge transfer and growth.

Your Experience and Skills:

  • Completion of a Master's degree in Psychology.
  • Active registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
  • Experience in an interdisciplinary rehabilitation setting involving the assessment and treatment of various disorders.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in the treatment of clients with physical and/or chronic pain.
