Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Ogilvy. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, developing and implementing strategic plans, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage and control budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Ogilvy remains a leader in the market.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a creative agency or marketing firm.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
