**Job Summary**

The Amynta Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director, Business Development. This position will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, clients, and industry leaders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Manage and prioritize projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the automotive retail industry and its trends
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies

**Requirements**

  • 10 years of experience in the automotive retail industry or a related field
  • Undergraduate degree in business, technology, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
