At Skip, we're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Owned Channels team. As an Owned Channels Manager, you'll be responsible for driving strategic growth, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Owned Channels Specialists, setting clear objectives and guiding their professional growth.
  • Campaign Optimization: Oversee campaign optimization efforts, ensuring effective execution and data-driven decision-making.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Guide the team in extracting valuable insights from data, using these insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams and senior leadership to ensure seamless campaign execution, influencing decision-making with data-driven insights and best practices.
  • Content Strategy: Encourage the team to work with the Studio team and stakeholders to develop innovative content strategies, driving engagement and captivation across owned channels.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee campaign performance monitoring and reporting, sharing insights with marketing teams and offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Technology and Tools: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, improving campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Campaign Automation: Guide the implementation of marketing automation processes, streamlining campaign execution and allowing the team to focus on strategic tasks.
  • A/B Testing: Ensure systematic A/B testing and leverage findings to refine and enhance campaign strategies continually.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to map customer journeys, identifying touchpoints and opportunities for engagement.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns adhere to relevant regulations and industry best practices, maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing roles, focusing on leadership and innovation.
  • 2+ years of experience in team management and excellent social skills.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with great creative judgment and a test & learn approach.
  • Experience with marketing attribution models and reach x frequency.
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Enterprise Service Platform dashboards, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Braze, Movable Ink, and industry AI use cases.
