About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing team of Owned Channels Specialists in driving innovative marketing strategies, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and delivering exceptional results for customers, couriers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence, guiding and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential. Set clear objectives, provide constructive feedback, and encourage professional growth.
- Campaign Optimization: Oversee the execution of campaign optimization efforts, ensuring data-driven decision-making and A/B testing strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Data Analytics: Collaborate with the team to extract valuable insights from data, using these insights to inform decisions and enhance customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and influence decision-making through data-driven insights and best practices.
- Content Strategy: Encourage collaboration between the team and the Studio team to explore new content creation opportunities and drive engagement across owned channels.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee the monitoring and reporting of campaign performance, providing regular updates to marketing teams and offering recommendations for improvement.
- Technology and Tools Management: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness, suggesting new tools as needed.
- Campaign Automation: Guide the implementation of marketing automation processes to streamline campaign execution and reduce manual work.
- A/B Testing Strategy: Ensure systematic A/B testing and leverage findings to refine and enhance campaign strategies continually.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to map customer journeys, identifying touchpoints and opportunities for engagement.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns adhere to relevant regulations and industry best practices, maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing roles, focusing on leadership and innovation.
- 2+ years of experience with team management and excellent social skills.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking skills, with great creative judgement and a test & learn approach.
- Experience with marketing attribution models and reach x frequency.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Enterprise Service Platform dashboards, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Braze, Movable Ink, and industry AI use cases.
