Job Title: Rheumatology Therapeutic Specialist

AbbVie is seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Specialist to join our commercial sales team in Alberta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive sales performance and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers and accounts to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to optimize sales performance and meet business objectives.
  • Deliver sales performance and brand KPIs to meet or exceed business targets.
  • Proactively support key stakeholders' needs and expectations to build trusted relationships.
  • Execute a call plan to achieve set metrics and optimize coverage of key customers.
  • Continuously build understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to inform brand strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship and building skills.
  • Passion for taking on challenges and driving success.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to predict contingent outcomes and develop sales strategies.
  • Solution-oriented with a focus on maximizing business opportunities.
  • Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Essential Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with approximately 50% travel.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.
