The RHEUMATOLOGY OFFICE INC. is seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, including hardware and software
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement solutions to technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

  • Work in a hospital/health care establishment/health institution setting
  • Work under pressure to resolve technical issues in a timely manner
