Job Title: Computer Technician

We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team at THE RHEUMATOLOGY OFFICE INC.

Job Summary

The Computer Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and clients, troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues, and maintaining the integrity of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to staff and clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Maintain and upgrade computer systems, including installing new software and hardware
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
Work Environment

The Computer Technician will work in a hospital/health care establishment/health institution setting, providing technical support to staff and clients.
