Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and networks.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of computer systems and software.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP diploma in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
