Job Summary

The Computer Systems Specialist will provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies
  • Document and maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
