Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Nor-Lab Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and that we minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
