Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nor-Lab Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as ongoing support and development opportunities.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and waste is minimized.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
