Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nor-Lab Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our staff on their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu requirements.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that it meets our high standards.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on stock levels, sales, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
