Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nor-Lab Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
