Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nor-Lab Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train and Develop Staff: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste, optimizing our food and supply costs.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring that our customers receive a consistently excellent experience.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
