Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nor-Lab Ltd. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet demand.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that food meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including food order summaries and inventory levels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
