Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Occupational Health Division and drive commercial growth across our network. As a key member of our Senior Team, you will be responsible for growing and managing the Occupational Health business, identifying opportunities for organic and inorganic growth, and developing new services and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Occupational Health Division, responsible for overall management, including P&L, staffing, and operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians supporting the Occupational Health division.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for the division, including client management and new business development.
  • Integrate existing or new occupational health clinics within ELNA.
  • Lead sales efforts for Occupational Health services, identifying opportunities for growth and developing business cases.
  • Grow the Occupational Injury Service (OIS) business in Alberta and identify opportunities to work with Workers' Compensation organizations across Canada.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver services across ELNA's primary and specialty care network of clinics and points of care.
  • Manage relationships and partnerships with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
  • Manage and achieve Occupational Health KPIs as set by the company.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Occupational Health, with a demonstrated knowledge of customer needs and trends.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar leadership/business development role.
  • Experience in healthcare sales and ability to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Experience in managing strategic client relationships and developing new revenue streams.
  • Experience working with/for private/public healthcare/clinics.
  • Experience managing a team, ideally distributed across several geographies.
  • Ability to promote the company's services through effective market engagement.
  • Experience managing a P&L and understanding financial statements.
  • Ability to analyze new business opportunities and create business cases.
  • Superior skills working with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in Cross-Functional Team Environments.
  • Ability to manage Projects to bring them to fruition within designated timelines.
Context and Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and changing priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to travel regionally and nationally as required (up to 25% regionally and/or up to 25% nationally).
