About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Cleaning Operations team at Sweet Home Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and excellence.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, regions, and departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
  • Operational Oversight
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cleaning services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all aspects of the business.
    • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators to develop and implement data policies, standards, and models.
  • Financial Management
    • Authorize and manage financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control.
  • Human Resources
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities, ensuring effective communication and representation.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the cleaning services industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Access, and other relevant software.
    • Criminal record check.
