">Pacific Aerobarrier Systems Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our office.
">About the Role
">The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed, deadlines are met, and work priorities are established. This includes coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.

- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment;">
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services;">
- Assist in the preparation of an operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;">
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence; and">
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.">
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

- A high school graduation certificate;">
- Less than 2 years of experience in a similar role;">
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;">
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision;">
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;">
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;">
- Familiarity with office software applications such as Microsoft Office;">
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality;">
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;">
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement;">
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;">
- Strong time management and prioritization skills;">
What We Offer
">Pacific Aerobarrier Systems Inc offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
">This is a full-time position working on-site at our office location. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
">Applicants must be able to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with some flexibility to work overtime as required.
