We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at Bravado Designs Ltd. in Vaughan, Ontario.

About the Role

This is a cross-functional role that combines Human Resources plan administration and tasks with Accounts Payable/Finance tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee paid time off records, bi-monthly payroll, health & safety, and other HR-related duties.

Additionally, the Administrative Specialist will assist with office administration tasks, including document preparation, correspondence, meeting and event planning, and special projects. They will also provide support and address inquiries from customers and clients as required.

The position requires strong organizational and time management skills, effective communication skills, and accuracy with attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Suite, Dynamics SL, and ERP software is preferred.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a cross-functional office administration role. The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources administration, finance, and accounts payable, with intermediate skills using Microsoft Suite.

They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to multi-task, and work well under pressure. A post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Finance is preferred.

We offer a competitive compensation package, which includes a salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and benefits.
