**How you’ll contribute**

As our **Sales Support Specialist**, you will have the flexibility to **work from your preferred Stephenson's location in the GTA** to support and enhance the effectiveness of our Sales team. With your continuous growth mindset, you will create and improve processes that regularly achieve “best ever” results by:

- Providing support to a diverse team through various administrative activities such creating and updating sales and reporting templates, standardizing the quote process, event coordination, and other tasks that ensure smooth operations of projects, initiatives and sales efforts that drive sales and market share growth.
- Demonstrating progressive thinking to improve processes and service levels, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage technology and standardize work to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, keeping a focus on simplifying tasks for the sales team.
- Utilizing technology and CRM software to analyze and report on sales initiatives and results, with a mindset to develop, refine, and implement new processes that streamline sales operations, simplify tasks, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders in the Sales team and other departments to identify opportunities for improvements in sales workflows, programs, and tools & resources to enhance to the effectiveness of our Salesforce.
- Managing multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and delivering results that positively impact sales operations.
- Developing a keen understanding of our industry, product line and the Stephenson’s Advantage, effectively connecting how it aligns and supports our teams and clients, enabling you to support and connect the two.
- Occasionally travelling to our different sites to provide Sales support as needed.
- Adapting to changing priorities and ad hoc duties in a dynamic and fast paced sales environment.
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing all required PPE when required on-site.

**What we’re looking for**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales support, process optimization, or a similar role.
- Experience in a sales or administrative role in the Equipment Rental or Construction industry is a strong asset.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong administrative, organization, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.
- Self-starter who can independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering high quality work, leveraging technology and proactive thinking.
