We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team, bringing their expertise in integrated therapy services to our clients' homes. This is a unique opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to use their skills to improve the well-being of clients and make a meaningful impact in their lives. You will assess and develop personalized therapy care plans based on clients' real-life environments, promoting health, safety, and independence.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, be registered with the Ontario College of Occupational Therapists, and have a valid driver's license. Experience with a hybrid model of care, including face-to-face and virtual interactions, is also preferred.
