Sales and Service Lead

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Lead. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing sales floor team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Guest Experience: Assess guest connections and provide technical product education to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and lead selling initiatives on the sales floor.
- Team Leadership: Directly oversee Sales and Service Associates and Cashiers, providing feedback and coaching to drive individual growth and improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Partner with Operations and Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
