We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager II to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of service and advice colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Manage the service and advice team to promote a positive customer and colleague experience, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and advice.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of service and advice colleagues to improve their skills and knowledge, and to achieve business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high-risk transactions/activities as necessary.
  • Community Involvement: Actively promote the Bank's image within the community through participation and leadership in community business groups, initiatives, and fundraisers.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and leadership principles.
  • Certifications: Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course and/or IFIC or CSC.
