Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager II to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to address customer complaints and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
