Branch Manager II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager II to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a medium to large-sized branch, overseeing a team of service and advice colleagues, and driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of service and advice colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Manage branch operations, including customer service, sales, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, bank policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial services industry trends.
