Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a medium to large-sized branch, overseeing a team of colleagues and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
  • Manage branch operations, including customer service, sales, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course and/or IFIC or CSC certification.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in customer service, sales, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
