Job Title: Auto Dealership Manager

Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Auto Dealership Manager to lead our automotive sales and operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in automotive sales and operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Basic security clearance
