Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to manage our online sales process, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and online chats.
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Work closely with customers to identify their wants and needs in a vehicle and collaborate with lenders to satisfy those needs.
- Produce a high volume of sales and maintain a large portfolio of customers.
- Monitor DealerTrack and use CRM to schedule appointments with customers and maintain ongoing communication.
- Consult with Financial Institutions to obtain funding options and collect and review information and documents before sending applications.
- Call and follow up with customers as per training, policies, and procedures for our online financial sales division.
- Follow all OMVIC regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Sales experience (automotive sales experience is an asset).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and positive attitude; must be a team player.
- Strong computer skills.
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- OMVIC Certification is an asset.
