About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at The Extell Group Corporation. As a key member of our residential construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our building sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Cost Management: Estimate and manage costs, including materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
