About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at The Extell Group Corporation. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required standards and quality expectations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in a safe and healthy manner, in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
