About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at The Extell Group Corporation. As a key member of our residential construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
