Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and caring Acute Care Community Nurses to join our team, utilizing their clinical skills to provide exceptional care to our clients.



Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality home health care to clients in need
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation


Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
