Salary

We offer competitive industry wages, with an estimated annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and location. In addition to a base hourly rate, you can also expect to earn additional income through benefits such as kilometer reimbursement (0.62/km) and opportunities for overtime pay.

Job Description

As an Acute Community Nurse with Bayshore HealthCare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality home health care services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compassionate and skilled nursing care to clients in their own homes
  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized care plans to meet each client's unique needs
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing care coordination
  • Utilizing electronic documentation systems to record client information and updates

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid RN or RPN license and registration with the provincial licensing body
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and healthcare teams
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
