We are seeking a skilled Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Express Employment Professionals in Ottawa's thriving East End. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Controller, and Dealer Principals as required.
- Support Accounts Receivable with letter preparation, collection calls, and data entry.
- Handle incoming phone calls, directing to relevant staff or taking messages as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist or office experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in computer applications.
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is between $42,000 to $48,000 per year based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
