Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Title Officer to join our team. As a Junior Title Officer, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing documents, completing requests for insurance, and responding to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review documents, including title searches, and apply underwriting guidelines as applicable.
  • Complete requests for insurance within documented service level agreements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop internal and external partnerships to enhance customer service.
  • Complete daily quality control as per audit guidelines.
  • Assist with reports, filing, and data entry as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the financial and/or legal environment is an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of social media automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
