As a Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's human resources and organizational development strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving business results.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Team Size: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and leadership.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player qualities.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in human resources and organizational development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
