Your Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Project Manager and contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the gathering, distribution, and organization of project information, including estimating, project setup, proposal submissions, reporting, safety, profitability, and costing.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Safety Department to ensure compliance with all Secure safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in project documentation filing and preparation, and assist in the preparation of parametric estimates in Hard Dollar.
  • Assist in the identification of risk based on contracts and site-specific conditions, and participate in the preparation and communication of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Perform critical administrative functions, including documentation of daily site activities, creation of start-up sheets, and supervisor's folders using Microsoft Project.

Requirements

  • Recent college diploma or degree in an Environmental program or Engineering.
  • 0-2 years of discipline-related experience.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work with multiple Project Managers/Coordinators on multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following through on tasks without direction.
